What is the Connectors Marketplace?

The Connectors Marketplace lets you download ready-made connectors that push data from your existing business systems — such as Tally Prime, Salesforce, or SAP — directly into SurveyAnalytica workflows. Once a connector is installed in your system, it sends transaction and master data to a workflow of your choice in real time, on a schedule, or as a one-time export.

How to open the Marketplace

You can reach the Connectors Marketplace from two places:

• Integrations page — Go to Account → Integrations and click Browse Connectors in the top-right corner.
• Workflow trigger drawer — When editing a workflow, select the Webhook trigger type. A Browse Connectors button appears below the webhook URL, opening the same overlay.

What you’ll find

The marketplace lists all available connectors. Each connector shows:

• Category — ERP, CRM, Middleware, etc.
• Latest version — the most recent stable release.
• Version table — every release with its supported system versions, stability status, release date, and a changelog (expand the features or fixes chips to read details).
• Download button — downloads the installer file for that version directly to your computer.
• Setup Guide link — opens the installation and configuration guide for that specific version.

Connectors marked Coming Soon are in development and not yet available for download.

Keeping connectors up to date

When a new version is released or a security issue is found in a version you downloaded, SurveyAnalytica will contact you at the email address on your account. You can also check the marketplace at any time — versions with known security issues are highlighted in red and show an upgrade recommendation.

• Tally Prime — Available now. Supports Tally Prime 7.0 and later.
• Salesforce, SAP ERP, SAP SCPI, SAP Commerce, SAP C4C, SAP Marketing Cloud — Coming soon.
