SurveyAnalytica is an AI-powered research, customer intelligence, and automation platform that unifies customer feedback, operational data, and intelligent workflows into a seamless ecosystem. This guide will help you get up and running quickly.
SurveyAnalytica provides tools for:

Creating Your Account
- Visit the SurveyAnalytica platform and click Sign Up.
- Enter your name, email address, and password.
- Verify your email address through the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
- Complete the onboarding questionnaire to customize your experience.
Workspace Setup
After creating your account, set up your workspace:
- Organization name: Enter your company or team name.
- Invite team members: Add colleagues by email. Assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member).
- Configure branding: Upload your logo and set brand colors that will be applied to surveys and reports.
- Connect integrations: Link your email, messaging, and data tools.
Navigating the Dashboard
The main dashboard provides quick access to all platform features through the sidebar navigation:
- Home / Dashboard: Overview of recent activity, key metrics, and quick actions.
- Surveys: Create, manage, and analyze surveys.
- Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Data: Upload and manage datasets.
- Contact Lists: Manage your contacts and audience segments.
- Analytics: View cross-entity analytics and reports.
- Conversations: Access the omnichannel messaging inbox.
- Agents: Build and manage AI agents.
- Workflows: Create and manage automation workflows.
- Account: Manage your profile, organization settings, billing, and security.
Quick Start: Create Your First Survey
- Click Surveys in the sidebar.
- Click + New Survey.
- Choose a template or start from scratch.
- Add questions using the drag-and-drop editor. Available question types include: Checkbox, Radio (multiple choice), Free Text, Rating (NPS), Slider, Date/Time, Matrix, Yes/No, Star Ratings, Dropdown, Multi-Select Dropdown, Ranking, Signature, Image Choice, Video, File Upload, Phone, Payment, Product Card, and Appointment.
- Customize the survey appearance with themes, colors, and branding.
- Preview your survey to verify it looks correct on both desktop and mobile.
- Publish the survey to make it available for responses.
- Share the survey link or distribute via campaign.
- Click Contact Lists in the sidebar.
- Click + New Contact List.
- Upload a CSV or Excel file with contact data (name, email, phone, custom fields).
- Map the columns from your file to contact fields.
- Save the contact list.
- Use the contact list for targeted campaign distribution or survey invitations.
Quick Start: Run Analytics
- Open any survey, campaign, or dataset.
- Click Analyze to open the Analytics view.
- Explore the auto-generated dashboard with response charts and metrics.
- Switch between Dashboard, Trends, Text Analytics, Pivot, and Segments views.
- Use the AI assistant to ask questions about your data in natural language.
- Create reports and export findings as PDF.
Quick Start: Build an AI Agent
- Click Agents in the sidebar.
- Click + New Agent.
- Describe what the agent should do in natural language.
- The AI assistant generates the agent code automatically.
- Configure environment variables and input/output schemas.
- Test the agent with sample data.
- Deploy the agent as a live API endpoint.
