SurveyAnalytica Analytics provides comprehensive tools to analyze your survey responses, campaign results, and imported data. The platform offers multiple analysis views including responses tracking, interactive dashboards, trend analysis, text analytics, pivot tables (Stats), and report generation.

For Survey Analytics

1. From Survey Editor: Click “Analyze” button while editing a survey

Responses View

The Responses view shows individual survey responses in a tabular format.

Viewing Responses:

• See all responses in a data grid

Editing Responses:

• Click the Edit (pencil) icon to enable edit mode
• Modify response values directly in the table
• Save changes with Ctrl+S or click Save icon

• OData Endpoint: Create OData API for external tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel)

OData API for External Tools

Create OData endpoints to connect your survey data to external BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

Creating an OData Endpoint

1. Navigate to Survey → Responses view
2. Click the Download dropdown in the toolbar
3. Select “OData Endpoint”
4. In the OData dialog, click “+ Create OData Endpoint”
5. Configure your connection:

Name	Descriptive name for the endpoint
Username	Auto-generated UUID (16+ characters)
Password	Set a secure password (8+ characters)
Source	Select specific surveys to include
Allow All	Include all surveys in workspace with single endpoint

6. Click Save to create the endpoint

OData URL Format

After creation, your OData URL will be displayed:

Tableau

1. Open Tableau Desktop
2. Connect → To a Server → OData
3. Enter the OData URL
4. Select Basic Authentication
5. Enter username and password
6. Click Sign In

1. Get Data → OData Feed
2. Enter the OData URL
3. Select Basic authentication
4. Enter credentials
5. Load data into Power BI

Microsoft Excel

1. Data tab → Get Data → From Other Sources → From OData Feed

3. Select Basic authentication
4. Enter username and password

Managing OData Endpoints

• Edit: Update endpoint name, password, or sources
• Delete: Remove endpoint (connections using it will stop working)
• Multiple Endpoints: Create different endpoints for different purposes/users

Workspace-Level OData

For analytics across multiple surveys:

1. Enable “Allow All Surveys” option
2. Single endpoint provides access to all workspace surveys
3. Useful for organization-wide reporting
