How do I import contacts?
Import a CSV into a list with the fields you define; with 'add all unmapped as new fields', unmapped columns become new fields. Contacts are also added from the inbox or by a flow.
What is a dynamic list?
A static list is a fixed set of contacts. A dynamic list stores AND/OR filters, nested if you need, and works out who matches at the moment of sending.
Do unsubscribes apply across lists?
People opt out on a hosted page, and they are left out of later email sends. Contact status rules out unsubscribed, complained and inactive contacts, and your organisation's suppression list stops hard bounces. An email opt-out never removes a phone contact.
