What you can run
Choose Test or Quiz when you create a form. These are the controls you get, named as they appear in the product.
Question banks
- Keep questions in a bank library, each bank with a category and tags, and publish or unpublish a bank when it is ready.
- In the bank designer, give each question a Weightage, use "Mark as correct answer" and add an "Explanation / Rationale" that learners see after they submit.
- Paste a list of questions to import them in one go, or let AI build a bank from a PDF, Excel or CSV file, or from images.
- Keep one bank in several languages.
- Version history keeps every saved version of a bank; "Restore This Version" brings an earlier one back.
- "Correct Answer Coverage" shows how many questions already have a correct answer, so none slip through without one.
Exam rules
- "Passing Score (%)" sets the pass mark. "Partial Credit for Checkboxes" gives part marks on multi-select questions, and negative marking takes marks off for wrong choices.
- "Max Attempts" from 1 to 100, with a "Score Policy" of Best, Latest or Average deciding which attempt counts.
- A timer for the whole test, shown to the learner or hidden, that submits automatically when time runs out.
- Timed sections, each with its own "Time Limit (sec)", and "Lock Navigation" so no one goes back to an earlier section. A single question can have its own time limit too.
- "Randomize Questions" shuffles the questions on each page and "Randomize Pages" shuffles the page order.
- Answers are saved every 30 seconds, so a learner who loses the connection can resume where they stopped.
Integrity in the browser
- "Detect Tab Switching" warns learners each time they leave the test; "Max Warnings" sets how many warnings they get (1 to 10).
- "Auto-Submit on Excessive Switching" submits the test once the warnings run out.
- "Disable Copy & Paste" blocks copying, pasting and right-click everywhere except inside the answer boxes.
- The answer key is removed from what the learner's browser loads, so it cannot be read from the page.
- A submission that arrives more than 30 seconds after the timer ends is flagged. Anti-cheat stays off in preview, so you can try the test yourself.
Scoring
- Weighted scoring on choice, matrix, ranking, slider, NPS and rating questions.
- Free-text answers are scored by how close they are to the model answer you write, in the learner's language.
- Scores are recalculated when a response is edited.
- Competency scores show how a learner did on each skill area, not just overall.
Results and end pages
- "Show Results Immediately", or hold results back and send them with "Release Results" once they have been checked.
- The result page shows Passed or Failed, the correct answers and your explanations.
- End-page templates: Score Results, Quiz Results, Comprehensive Results, Certificate of Completion and Personalized Results.
- Formulas such as CORRECT_COUNT, QUESTION_BREAKDOWN_TABLE, PERFORMANCE_MESSAGE and SECTION_SCORE, or the whole Test Results Bundle in one go.
- Describe the end page you want and the AI end-page designer lays it out.
Certificates
- "Auto-Generate Certificate" turns the end page you design into an A4 PDF, with a QR code and charts if you add them.
- The learner's name appears on the certificate when your end page includes the RESPONDENT_NAME field.
- Certificate numbers come from an ID Generator question in the test.
- Download links can be refreshed, and admins can use "Create Certificate" and "View Certificate" from the responses list.
Learner portal
- Switch on "Available in Participant Portal" and the test is listed for learners who sign in to your portal.
- Each test shows the learner a Score Summary, a Score Progression chart and an Attempt History with their certificates.
- Learner analytics: rank, percentile, how they compare with the class, the score distribution and which questions they got right.
- A leaderboard, with "Anonymize Leaderboard" to hide names; on equal scores, the faster attempt ranks higher.
Act on results
- Start a flow on Survey Response and read whether the learner passed, the percentage, the attempt number and the certificate URL.
- Branch on the result to create a task or send an email or WhatsApp message.
- Send the certificate link to the learner, or tell a manager when someone fails a second attempt.
- Add a Pass Rate widget to a dashboard to watch results across tests.
Aarushiya's partner training team
The partner training team in Manchester certifies pharmacy partners on setting up, charging and returning the AH-W3 band before they can sell it.
The team uploads the AH-W3 service guide as a PDF and the AI bank builder drafts the AH-W3 product knowledge bank. Trainers check each question, mark the correct answers, add explanations and set the weightage.
The AH-W3 technician product check gets an 80% passing score, results shown as soon as a partner submits, a certificate, and tab-switch detection with three warnings.
Pharmacy partners are imported from a spreadsheet, sign in at partners.aarushiya.example and take the test on their phones.
On submit, each partner sees their score, whether they passed and a Download Certificate button. The certificate carries their name because the end page includes RESPONDENT_NAME.
Back in the portal, partners see their Score Summary, a Score Progression chart and an Attempt History with every certificate.
A flow on Survey Response checks the result. When a partner fails, it emails the regional lead and creates a task to book a refresher session.

No. There is no webcam or screen monitoring, no lockdown browser and no full-screen mode. What you get is exam conditions in the browser: copy, paste and right-click blocked, a warning on every tab switch with an optional automatic submit, timers and locked sections.
No. There are no courses, lessons or SCORM packages, and it is not an LMS. Use it for the tests, certificates, results and learner portal around the training you already run.
What your end page shows: the test, the score, the date, and charts or a QR code if you add them. The learner's name appears when the end page includes RESPONDENT_NAME, and the number comes from an ID Generator question. Certificates have no expiry date, and there is no public page for looking them up.
No. There is no admin report of difficulty or discrimination per question. Each learner sees which questions they got right, and you can export every response to analyse the answers yourself.
Students never need a paid seat, and they can take a test from a link without an account. Every submitted attempt counts toward your plan's response limit. Seats are for your team: the people who build tests and read results. There is no per-user pricing for portal sign-ins: partners, customers and students who sign in to your portal don't use seats.
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. Add a payment question to an enrolment form or a test, and the fee is paid through Stripe Checkout into your own Stripe account when the person submits. Payments are one-off.
Allow retakes, set the maximum number of attempts and choose whether the best, latest or average score counts. Attempts are counted per signed-in person, so use the portal or a sign-in restriction when the limit matters.
Yes. Free plans get two languages per test and paid plans up to ten, with automatic translation you can edit. A question bank can hold several languages too.
Tests, question banks, timers, pass marks and certificates work on every plan. A learner portal needs a custom domain, which is on Professional and Enterprise, as are payments, flows and CSV or Excel export. The list above marks each capability.
