Create tasks
A flow creates a task with assignees, an approver, priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical) and a due date in hours, days or weeks, with the record's chosen fields attached; people raise tasks from a thread or a record; partners see their tasks in the portal. Create one from the drawer on whatever you are looking at: a response, a thread, a record. Tasks also live in employee portals, and threads can include participants and panelists.
AarushiyaEach returned AH-W3 unit becomes a task for the Pune service centre with serial, photos and the buyer's answers.

Approvals
A request with several items becomes one task with an item each; approve or reject per item or all at once; corrections are written back to the record; steps after the task wait for completion and, for approvals, for every item approved; a rejection keeps the request open; comments on the task.

Pending, In progress, Completed, On hold, Cancelled; due-soon notices within 24 hours and overdue notices after the due date, once each; and a flow can start when a task is created, changes status, is completed or goes overdue, with the task's fields and the record's answers available.
AarushiyaA task marked Completed starts the flow that tells the buyer the repair is done and asks for a CSAT score.

Answer corrections are written to the response only after every item is approved, and the task lists the fields written.
Assignees and an approver from your team. Portal reviewers decide items in one step.
A request with several items, such as devices in a return or lines in an order, becomes one task with one item each. Each item is approved or rejected on its own, or all at once.
Steps placed after a task wait for it. They run once the task is complete, and for an approval only once every item is approved. A rejection keeps the request open for changes.
Partners see their tasks in the portal. A Tasks block shows the person's open and done tasks with due dates, priority and the number of items still to review. A reviewer opens a task grouped by section, approves each group in one switch or sends back exceptions, corrects values inline and comments.
Start a flow when a task is created, changes status or is completed. Use it to notify a requester, update a record or open the next task.
