Process automation
Model each process as a flow: what starts it, who decides, what happens next and by when. Run it on every request, order or message, see every run step by step, and improve it version by version.
Flows come with Professional and Enterprise. No credit card required to start.
The process map you draw is the process that runs. No hand-off from a diagram to a separate build.
Lay out the steps on the canvas: branches for each case, parallel paths, loops over line items, approvals and waits with deadlines.
A form answer, an order, a message, a file, a schedule or a webhook starts it. Each record runs on its own, with its own data and timing.
Each step shows how often it ran. Open any run to follow it step by step, with the data it carried and where it stopped.
Change a draft while the live flow keeps running, dry-run it with nothing sent, publish, and restore any earlier version.
Every part of the process, set up in the flow designer.

Aarushiya's Operations Manager in Pune keeps support requests, store orders, service-centre intake and spare-parts approvals moving across five countries, without anyone copying data from one tool to the next.
A customer messages the Dubai support desk on WhatsApp about a repair. The flow creates a task for the Pune service team and replies on the same chat. Every other message gets its own reply.
An order on shop.aarushiya.example sends the buyer a WhatsApp confirmation. When the order is fulfilled, a second flow waits a few days, then asks how setup went.
Each service-centre intake form adds a row to the shared Google Sheet the regional leads already work from.
A spare-parts request form creates a task in the Action Center for the regional lead, with a due date. The flow carries on once the request is approved; if it slips past the due date, the overdue reminder goes out.

Every form answer becomes a task for the person who handles it.
At Aarushiya: Spare-parts requests go to the regional lead.
A form request becomes an approval task. Approved and rejected requests each get their own email, and approvals are posted to Slack.
At Aarushiya: Replacement-unit requests wait for the service head's sign-off.
Route each request by the priority the customer picks, with SMS, Slack and a task for the most urgent.
At Aarushiya: Critical service requests reach the on-duty lead by SMS.
Each answer adds a row to the Google Sheet you pick.
At Aarushiya: Service-centre intakes land in the regional leads' sheet.
A new Shopify order sends the buyer a WhatsApp confirmation.
At Aarushiya: Every AH-W3 order is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Flows come with Professional and Enterprise. Professional includes 10,000 flow actions a month and can grow to 100,000; Enterprise allowances are set with you.
Each action step that runs counts as one flow action. Triggers and conditions are not counted. AI steps also use AI units, counted from the work done.
No. We do not discover processes from event logs, import BPMN files or analyse conformance and bottlenecks. You model the process directly as a flow, and every run of it is recorded step by step, with per-step run counts.
No. Every step is set up in the designer. Developers can still add a short code block to a field, call any REST API, or publish records to their own event stream.
Salesforce, Mailchimp, Shopify, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Outlook are set up inside the flow designer. SAP connectors are listed as coming soon. HubSpot, Jira and Zendesk have no native connector today: flows reach them through the REST API step or Zapier.
Summarise, classify and pull details out of text, PDFs, images, audio and video, then branch on the result. You can also send a record to one of your own AI agents. AI steps use the AI units in your plan.
Yes. Run Once goes through existing responses, contacts or scheduled-source records from the last 30 days, or from a date you choose, up to 2,000 records per run.
Yes, with our onboarding team. A small connector on your own machine connects out to SurveyAnalytica, so nothing has to be opened to inbound traffic. Flows can also connect through a VPN, an SSH tunnel or a proxy.
