SMS with Your Own Number
Bring your own Telnyx or Twilio number — your carrier account, your rates, two-way replies in the shared inbox.
Connect a number you bought from Telnyx or Twilio and SurveyAnalytica sends through your carrier account — the carrier bills you directly at your negotiated rates, and there is no SMS metering on the platform. Inbound messages are signature-verified, land in the shared inbox, and trigger workflows; campaigns stream contact lists with per-contact personalization.

How data flows
Outbound sends ride your Telnyx or Twilio account; inbound replies thread into the same conversation and the shared inbox, with reply-from-number preserved so responses leave from the number the customer texted.
Connection: Bring-your-own-carrier: pick Telnyx or Twilio, paste your API credentials, register the number. Deep links take you to the carrier portals to buy numbers; a help guide covers the whole setup.
Worked example: Appointment reminder with a reply-to-reschedule loop
Trigger: a scheduled workflow runs the morning before appointments.
Action: SMS each contact from your own number with a personalized reminder.
A reply of 'RESCHEDULE' triggers a workflow that sends the booking link.
The whole exchange is visible in the shared inbox.
