Dine-in Order Form

An internal order-capture form for staff taking dine-in orders on a phone or tablet: table number, guests, server and one line per item with quantity and kitchen notes. It does not connect to a kitchen display or POS by itself; each submission arrives in your workspace and feeds the kitchen or POS workflow you configure.
